We are ready to offer a full cycle of services for the creation of production lines of chemical components, from the development of project documentation, design of the relevant installations and facilities, to the implementation of construction work, manufacturing and commissioning of equipment at the customer site.

OIL & GAS TECHNOLOGIES
EX-Technolgy is a strategic partner in the development and implementation of equipment designed for the cavitation treatment of heavy crude oil (HCHT technology). This technology is designed to modify the characteristics of oil – transfer from the heavy class to the medium class (by reducing its viscosity and density), for its further use and transportation.
The economic effect is achieved due to:increasing the total amount of commercial oil;
reducing costs for its transportation;
increasing the yield of light petroleum products.

EX-Technology offres a complex of detection, observation, jamming and destroying equipment for protect a perimetr from different types of UAVs. All the equipment is integrated with intelligence automated system AirShield.
There are follow function of Anti-drone system:
- Detection, identification and neutralization of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV) near the airspace perimeter.
- Generating alarm signals and alerting the relevant services about an unauthorized appearance of the UAV.
- Suppression of UAV signals by radio jamming.
- Hard kill options.
- Collecting and recording perimeter airspace status information on the server and displaying it on the operator's workstation.

EX-Technology has got unique experience in creating high-speed data acquisition and processing systems.These automated systems are a perfect combination of National Instrument's hardware and LabVIEW system software.
LabVIEW software package is ideal for high-speed data acquisition performing data transfer between CPU and peripherals, making real-time data analysis, mapping, mathematical processing and archiving.
With National Instruments systems we’ve extended our capabilities in signal measurement and registration reducing the pulse to nanosecond intervals!
The components of data acquisition systems include data acquisition board connected to PC via USB interface or real-time controller running autonomously on LabView RealTime Module and exchanging data with operator’s AWP using standard digital protocols.
With the system based on LabView software and National Instruments hardware test benches can be assembled for different purposes providing super high and ultra-hight speed data collection.
